We understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. Don't worry, you can easily return it within 14 days, as long as it's in its original packaging and undamaged.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- First, send an email to contact@various-leuchten.de , including your order number and stating that you would like to register a return. This will allow us to process your return correctly.
- Once your return request has been confirmed, you can return the item to us using a logistics service provider of your choice, such as DPD or GLS. Please ensure that the return is sent to the following address within 14 days of receiving your order :

Instructions for returns
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
- Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect the goods from transport damage.
- Please note that the aspects under points 1 and 2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal; these aspects also do not change the fact that we bear the risk of damage to the goods during return transport.
Return costs
Return costs refer to the costs incurred by the consumer for returning the goods to the retailer under the right of withdrawal. These costs are generally borne by the consumer under the implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive.
