Return instructions
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
- Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components if possible. Use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please note that the aspects under the above points 1 to 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal; these aspects also do not change the fact that we bear the risk of damage to the goods during return transport.
