  2. Once your return request has been confirmed, you can return the item to us using a logistics service provider of your choice, such as DPD or GLS. Please ensure that the return is sent to the following address within 14 days of receiving your order :

Instructions for returns

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
  2. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect the goods from transport damage.
  3. Please note that the aspects under points 1 and 2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal; these aspects also do not change the fact that we bear the risk of damage to the goods during return transport.
